Take it [things] easy的口語用法
1. 用來提醒對方注意或小心，意為：注意;小心點! 如：
Take it easy; the road is icy. 小心點，路上有冰。
“Take it easy”，said Jim to the other boys carrying the table down the stairs. 吉姆對抬桌子下樓的其 他男孩們說“小心點”。
2. 用來規勸對方要有耐心、不要操之過急，意為：別急;慢慢來。如：
Take it easy; we‘ve got plenty of time. 別急，我們有的是時間。
Take it easy on John and don‘t scold him too much. 對約翰不要操之過急，別過分責罵他。
3. 用來勸告對方保持平靜，不要慌張，意為：別慌;別緊張。如：
Take it easy when you are on the stage. 上臺不要緊張。
Just take it easy and tell us exactly what happened. 別慌，告訴我們到底發生了什么事!
4. 表示輕松舒服地過日子，不太勞累或太辛苦，意為：輕松輕松;休息休息;別太勞累;過悠閑舒服的生活。如：
Your blood pressure is still not normal. You‘ll have to take things easy for a while. 你的血壓還不正常，一段時間內不能太勞累。
I have an afternoon off today. I think I shall sit in the garden and take it easy. 我今天下午歇班，想到花園里坐坐，休息休息。
Grandfather will retire from his job next year and take it easy. 祖父明年就要退休過悠閑的生活了。
5. 表示：松勁;懶散。如：
We must not take it easy， though we have had good harvest several years running. 雖然連續幾年豐收，可是我們決不能松勁。
6. 用于告別，表示：再見;慢走;保重。如：
注意：take it [things] easy 是習語，其中的easy 用作副詞，注意不要用 easily 代替 easy.
