　　1. weigh v. 考慮，權衡

　　He is weighing the possibility of filing criminal charges against the doctor.

　　2. soft a. 輕松的，容易的

　　He’s got a pretty soft job in the ministry.

　　他在部里找到了一份相當輕松的工作。

　　3. familiar n. 熟客;密友

　　I met Jack and his familiar last night.

　　昨晚我碰到杰克和他的好友了。

　　4. even a. 均勻的;平的

　　After driving on the bumpy surface, it was nice to get back onto even ground.

　　驅車行駛過崎嶇不平的路后，回到了平坦的路面上真是好極了。

　　5. campaign v. 領導[參加，推行]一場運動

　　We are campaigning for equal rights for women.

　　我們正在開展婦女擁有平等權利的運動。

　　6. attend vt. 照顧，護理，侍奉

　　The queen had a good doctor attending (on) her.

　　女王有一個好醫生在照顧她。
