買方通過賣方接受的銀行，于裝船月份前20天開立并送達賣方不可撤銷即期信用證，規定50%發票金額憑即期光票支付，其余50%金額用即期跟單托收方式付款交單。全套貨運單據附于托收項下，在買方付清發票的全部金額后交單。如買方不能付清全部發票金額，則貨運單據須由開證行掌握，憑賣方指示處理（The buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the sellers an irrevocable sight letter of credit to reach the sellers 20 days before the month of shipment， stipulating that 50% of the invoice value available against clean draft at sight while the remaining 50%on documents against payment at sight on collection basis. The full set of shipping documents shall accompany the collection draft and shall only be released after full payment of the full invoice value， the shipping documents shall be held by the issuing bank at the seller‘s disposal）。
