　　a)通關：指全過程(申報→查驗→征稅→放行→結關)

　　b)通關單：注“通關單”與“報關單”迥然不同。含義大相徑庭!它為植檢，商檢，衛檢合格后，中國檢驗檢疫局(CCIQ)發給的。(由它印制)(而“報關單”由海關印制的)。通常，對轉關者。舉例說明。e.g.于Zhongshan(中山)啟運,于Shekou(蛇口)出境。通常于Zhongshan通過商、植檢后，拿到“出境貨物換證憑條”(內容：轉單號，報檢號，報檢單位，品名，出口合同，HS(即商品編碼)，金額，評定意見(是否合格)。末尾有句“請憑此單到____局(這兒填蛇口驗疫局)辦出境驗證手續”還有有效期至_____”當貨運至蛇口轉關憑此“憑條”換取“植，商檢證”(通常收取幾十至100元的“換證費”
