　　This no denying the fact that more and more people comes to big cities from rural

　　areas. Needless to say, this issue has aroused great concern among the general public. 

　　Let’s see the main problems which emerged in the current situation.  First, more and more people come to big cities will cause the shortage of limited resources, such as transportation, housing, water, electricity, food and job opportunities.  What’s more, more people in cities will cause social security problem, crime rate will be increased.

　　As far as I am concerned, effective measures must be taken before things get worse.  In the first place, the government needs to balance the public investment between big cities and rural areas, if people can get the same pay and welfare in rural areas, they will not leave their homes and families to go to the big cities. Secondly, raising the economic power of middle cities and small towns, they can attract some people and reduce the population pressure from big cities.  Last but not the least, the local police offices in the big cities need to well supervise the floating population to avoid the crime.

　　With these measures taken, it is reasonable for us to believe that the problem will be solved in the near future.
