首都經貿大學研究生師資介紹：蔣三庚教授

　　蔣三庚，男，教授，博士生導師，金融學院院長，北京市哲學社會科學CBD發展研究基地秘書長、經濟學博士，學校金融學科帶頭人。

　　主要社會兼職：中國市場學會常務理事、中國商業經濟學會理事、中國價格研究學會理事、北京市金融學會常務理事及北京市國際金融學會常務理事等。

　　招收金融學專業研究生。

　　主要研究領域為金融集聚、中央商務區(CBD)理論等。近幾年，主持完成國家級、省部級、北京市委組織部、北京市教育委員會規劃科研項目及政府部門研究課題《北京市金融業的發展與改革研究——建立適應首都經濟發展需要的現代金融體系》、《防范金融風險對北京經濟的影響與對策研究》、《CBD發展國際比較研究》等20余項，出版專著、教材《 證券交易與投資》、《金融風險及其防范》、《都市現代金融業的發展》、《中央商務區研究》等近20部。發表論文70余篇。其學術成果曾獲北京市第九屆哲學社會科學優秀成果二等獎、首都經濟貿易大學優秀科研成果獎等。蔣三庚為北京市學術創新團隊“北京金融中心建設研究”負責人。

　　先后被評為北京市首批跨世紀理論人才“百人工程”成員、北京市千百理論人才成員、首都經濟貿易大學優秀中青年骨干教師、優秀教師、科研標兵、教育創新標兵等。

　　在區域性金融風險防范理論領域進行了創造性研究，提出制約金融風險傳導過程的觀點及金融體系內部風險假說觀點。其觀點認為由于金融衍生品的不斷創新和發展，也就產生了金融風險的必然性。因此，國家在發展金融制度時，要在風險與效益關系中尋找發展的均衡點。在CBD研究領域，搭建了CBD理論研究框架;較系統地提出了金融、現代服務業集聚及獲得競爭優勢的原理、途徑、方式、方法;對金融產業集群理論進行了探索性研究，在國際金融中心發展模式、區位選擇理論等方面具有較獨特的觀點。

　　Dr. Jiang Sangeng is a professor at the CUEB and a tutor of graduate students going for their master degree. Professor Jiang is the dean of finance college of CUEB and the secretary general of Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Research Center for CBD development. With a master degree in Economics, he is the leader of financial discipline in the school.

　　Important concurrent activities and titles: Routine director of the China Marketing Association, Director of China Commercial Economics Association, Director of China Price Research Council, Routine director of Beijing Finance Academy and Beijing International Finance Academy.

　　And now he is planning on recruiting graduate students major in finance.

　　Major research field: Financial Agglomeration, the Central Business District (CBD) theory, etc. In recent years, he has completed more than 20 topics of the national, provincial, ministerial, Department of Organization in Beijing, Beijing Education Planning Committees and Government departments’ research topics, which include the research on Beijing's financial industry development and reform- Set up the modern financial system and how it will adapt to the requirement of economic development of the capital, the impact of guarding against financial risks to the economic and the countermeasures, comparison study on international CBD development, he has published nearly 20 monographs and teaching materials, such as Securities trading and investment, Financial risk and its prevention, the development of the urban modern financial industry and Central Business District Study . And he has also published more than 70 theses. His outstanding academic achievements have won the second prize of the Ninth Beijing Philosophy and Social Sciences and Capital University of Economics Prize for outstanding achievements in scientific research and more. Last but not least Professor Jiang is in charge of an academic innovation team in Beijing working on Research on the Construction of Beijing Financial Center.

　　Professor Jiang has been selected as one of the theory talent members of Beijing's cross-century of "Hundred People Project", talent members of Beijing's Cross-century Project, backbone of outstanding junior teachers of CUEB, outstanding teachers, research role model, Educational innovation model and so on.

　　In this paper the present author conducted original researches on theories of protection against regional financial risk and proposed his own opinions on halting financial risk transmitting process as well as the hypothesis of the inner risks within the financial system. Another perspective is that the unavoidability of financial risk occurrence derives from various innovatively designed financial products. Therefore, the state, in developing its financial system, should seek to form the balance between risk and benefits. In his researches on CBD development the author sets up the theoretical framework for relevant academic study, systematically putting forward the theory of industrial concentration for banking and other modern service industries and the principles and approaches to winning competitive advantages. He also explores the theory of financial industry cluster and devoted some unique perspectives on the developing patterns of international financial centers.
