四、書報、雜志運價
1.貨物的范圍
貨物包括報紙、雜志、期刊、圖書、目錄、盲人讀物及設備。
2.運價
Area Rate
Within IATA Area 1 67% of the Normal GCR
Between IATA Area 1 and 2
ALL other Areas 50% of the Normal GCR
3.最低運費
按公布的最低運費的M收取。
4.可以使用普通貨物的較高重量點的較低運價。
