二、到港手續(xù)

　　英文原文：A vessel entering a country has to call first at a port which is indicated by the Government as customs port.

　　中文意思：船舶進(jìn)入一個國家，首先必須在一個由政府指定設(shè)立海關(guān)的港口靠泊。

　　英文原文：However， the vessel can start unloading goods only after the customs authorities grant the necessary permit， called “Entry Inwards”， to the vessel on submission by the master or agent of the vessel of and “Import Manifest” containing particulars of the cargo on board in the prescribed form.

　　中文意思：然而，只有在船長或船舶代理人提交規(guī)定形式的包括記載了船上載運(yùn)貨物的詳細(xì)情況在內(nèi)的進(jìn)口載貨清單，海關(guān)當(dāng)局批準(zhǔn)了必須的進(jìn)口報關(guān)單后，船才可以開始卸貨。

　　7. Declaration regarding personal property of officers and crew 船長和船員私人財(cái)產(chǎn)的報關(guān)（證明）（注釋：declaration：報關(guān) 聲明，宣布 personal： 私人的，個人的 property： 財(cái)產(chǎn)，所有物）
