黑利伯瑞【升旗儀式】成功從培養良好的習慣開始

 　　伴著收獲的喜悅，我們朝著美好的方向，腳踏實地地走在求知的路上，我們豪情滿懷的在這里學習生活。今天我們沐浴著秋天的陽光，享受著秋風的輕柔，每個人心中都充滿了希望。

　　黑利伯瑞注重學生的全面培養，特別是行為習慣地養成，因為它就像指南針，指引著每個人的行為。好的習慣會幫助我們收獲知識和智慧，能為我們開啟智慧之門。

　　10月29日早，黑利伯瑞在學校操場隆重舉行了以“成功從培養良好的習慣開始”為主題的升旗儀式。今天的升旗儀式由高中部甄梓陽和甄梓彤兩位同學來主持。

　　高中部升旗手扎曉雨同學做簡要的自我介紹。

　　升旗儀式上，通過師生代表發表培養良好習慣的演講，號召所有學生從小事做起，堅定信念，成就美好人生。

　　他們以故事開場，引用經典告訴大家養成良好習慣的重要性，并結合校園學習生活，號召大家要從現在開始，從身邊的小事做起，從一點一滴做起!

　　老師們,同學們：

　　人們常說，習慣決定命運。如果希望自己出類拔萃，也希望生活方式與眾不同，那么，我們必須明白一點，你的習慣決定著你的未來。所以，我今天講話的題目是，成功從培養良好的習慣開始。

　　我們都知道中國古代有兩個關于刻苦讀書的故事，一個叫頭懸梁，一個叫錐剌股。這兩個故事都作為正面的教育事例來教育大家，激勵我們要勤奮學習，加倍努力。在我看來，這兩個故事中的人物學習態度是好的，最終也取得了成功，但讀書的過程很艱辛。因為他沒有養成良好的讀書習慣，良好的習慣可以使學習少走很多彎路。有句俗話，習慣成自然。什么是習慣?習慣就是不需要刻意去做，而是自然形成的。

　　一旦有了習慣，就有可能變成愛好。我覺得，愛好是人與人產生差別最大的根源。為什么許多名人可以獲得巨大的成功，而更多的人很平凡?我們拼命向他們學習，最后還是無功而返，是因為他們從小就養成了好習慣，將學習視為愛好，將工作當成習慣。

　　同學們!讓我們從現在開始，養成良好的習慣，認真對待你認為的那些微不足道的小事，每天擦擦桌子，每天整理筆記，每天穿干凈的衣服，每天給老師一個大大的微笑，其實，良好習慣的養成，最長也只需要21天!

　　People often say that habit determines destiny.If you want to excel and live a different lifestyle, then we must understand that your habits determine your future. So, the topic of my speech today is: success starts with good habits.

　　We all know that in ancient China there were two reading stories, which vividly described the spirit of diligence in study. These two stories are generally regarded as positive examples of education, encouraging us to study hard and work hard. In my opinion, these two people had a good attitude towards learning and eventually achieved success, but the process of reading was very tired and difficult. Because, he did not develop good reading habits, the secret of success lies in the formation of good habits. Real success, rarely experienced any hardship. There is a saying that habit becomes nature. What is habit? Habit is no need to deliberately do, it is natural.

　　Once you form a habit, it may become a hobby. I think hobby is the biggest root of generating difference among people. Why can many celebrities achieve great success but we can't? We learn from them desperately, and eventually return without success, because they have developed good habits since childhood, learning as a hobby, working as a habit.

　　My dear students, let's start from now on, develop good habits, take those trivial things seriously, wipe the table every day, tidy up the notes every day, wear clean clothes every day, give a big smile to your teacher every day. In fact, it takes only 21 days to develop good habits.

　　尊敬的老師,親愛的同學們：

　　大家早上好!

　　我今天演講的題目是：如何養成良好的學習習慣

　　我認為養成好習慣首先要讓自己明確良好的學習習慣是什么,并且根據自己的實際情況認真去執行。我的伙伴中經常有人抱怨說:“我也很想好好做,可是就是做不好。”其實他們就是沒有堅持下來,說到做到。因此,要養成良好的學習習慣,步就要說到做到,堅定不移。

　　第二步要確認目標,循序漸進。一個好習慣地養成不會是輕而易舉的,要想完成它,需要確立長遠的目標,一步一個腳印地行動起來。要養成好的學習習慣,不要心急,但一定要說到做到。例如,想背完1000個單詞,可以分成多天來完成。今天背十個，明天背十個,日復一日,這樣不僅不會給自己造成太大的壓力,而且當你完成目標時,會品嘗到一種的喜悅。

　　第三步要時刻自我約束。如果良好的習慣養成之后就放松要求,忘乎所以的話,那么沒過多久丟掉的壞習慣又會重新回歸。認識到聽課做筆記的重要性后，就得不落的記下去;認識到自習課講話會影響他人,那就踏踏實實的學習。

　　世界心理學家威廉詹姆士有句名言:播下行動，收獲一個習慣;播下一個習慣,收獲一種性格;播下性格,收獲一種命運。讓我們從點滴做起,漸漸養成良好的學習習慣,做一個勤學、樂學、善學的學生。

　　I think to form good habits, first of all, we should know what good learning habits are, and according to their actual situation to implement seriously. My partner often complained, "I want to do it well, but I just can't do it well." In fact, they did not insist on what they said. Therefore, to develop good habits of study, the first step is to insist on our goal.

　　The second step is to confirm the goal and proceed step by step. It's not easy to form a good habit. To accomplish it, you have to set long-term goals and act step by step. To develop good habits of study, do not be impatient, but be sure to do so. For example, if you want to memorize 1000 words, you can divide it into many days. To recite ten today, ten tomorrow, day after day, not only won't cause too much pressure on yourself, but when you achieve your goals, you will experience an unprecedented joy.

　　The third step is self-discipline at all times. If good habits are relaxed and forgotten after they are formed, bad habits that haven't been lost long before will return. When you realize the importance of taking notes in class, you have to keep it in mind day after day; when you realize that speaking in self-study class can affect others, you must study steadily.
