　　My View on Reform of Medical Care in China

　　The execution of health care reform was not successful in our country since the 90s of the 20th century, and many problems of medical care emerged in recent years. For example, people complained that it is difficult to see the doctor and the medical expense is too high. Some peasants or the poor who be ill had to choose death.

　　The cause of these problems is complex. Firstly, the resourse of health are concentrated to big city, the doctors and medicine at countryside and grass-roots unit are shortage. Secondly, in order to reduce the burdens of the country, the hospital has been marketed. Thirdly, the sale links of medicine are too complicated, which lead to the price of the medicine increasing.

　　How to resolve these problems effectively? On the one hand, the government must increase the inputs in the health medical care, and the hospital must return the public benefit. On the other hand, we should try hard to increase the income of the resident, especial of the peasant. Finally, we should make medical insurance covering the entire population of our country.

　　該文開篇有跑題的嫌疑。但是基于后面的論述中基本符合文意，就暫定為符合寫作要求的檔次。

　　但是，該文的語言使用比較生澀，有較多的動詞用法濫用，固定搭配中介詞的誤用等。

　　建議在今后的學習中，加強英語語法基本功的學習，并且多加研習英文美文，積累寫作的各種素材。
