傭金（Commission）是指賣方或買方支付給中間商代理買賣或介紹交易的服務酬金。
　　我國的外貿專業公司，在代理國內企業進出口業務時，通常由雙方簽訂協議規定代理傭金比率，而對外報價時，傭金率不明示在價格中，這種傭金稱之為"暗傭"。如果在價格條款中，明確表示傭金多少，稱為"明傭"。在我國對外貿易中，主要出現在我國出口企業向國外中間商的報價中。
　　包含傭金的合同價格，稱為含傭價，通常以含傭價乘以傭金率，得出傭金額。其計算公式為：
　　傭金＝含傭價X傭金率
　　傭金＝含傭價－凈價
　　整理后得含傭價和凈價的關系：
　　含擁價＝凈價／1-擁金率
　　傭金通常以英文縮寫字母C表示。比如每公噸1000美元 CFR 西雅圖包含傭金2％，可寫成：每公噸1000美元 CFR C2西雅圖。其中的"C2"即表示傭金率為2％ 。
　　賣方應在收妥貨款后，再向中間商支付傭金。
