　　慰問信是公司間友好往來的信種之一。商業伙伴出了事故或是公司要人去世，都應該寫一封慰問信，以表示關心。這樣的友好往來也會給雙方的關系帶來好處。
　　慰問信一定要注意措詞和語氣。下面是寫慰問信需要注意的幾點：
　　1. Start with a statement of sympathy.
　　2. Follow with sentences about mutual experiences or relationship.
　　3. Close with some expressions of comfort and affection.
