　　1.我方現擬采購附單所開出的各項貨物，希貴方能盡量航寄最優惠的 C&F 紐約價格。

　　We are now in the market for the goods mentioned in the attached list and shall appreciate it if you will airmail us as soon as possible your best quotation C&F，New York.

　　2.這次訂單為合同的組成部分之一。請告最優惠條件為盼。

　　Please put us on your best terms，as this order forms a part of the contract.

　　3.請告知現金支付的最佳條件和折扣率。

　　Please state your best terms and discount for cash.

　　4.請告知有關折扣的最佳裝運條件。

　　Please put us on your very best shipping terms as regards discount.

　　5.由于貴方報價需現金，所以我們想再打折扣。

　　We think you can well accord us a substantial discount off your list price，which we see are quoted net cash

　　6.感謝貴方報價，遺撼的是目前我公司對此尚無興趣。

　　We thank you for your offer，but we regret that it does not at present interest us.

　　7.感謝寄來的樣品。但目前我庫存過多，待需用時，定當與貴公司接洽。

　　We thank you fo rthe samples just received，but at present we are rather overstocked； when we are in the market again，we will give you an opportunity of quoting.

　　8.我們曾對此類商品進行過試銷，因顧客反映不良而停止，所以無法考慮貴方對該商品的報價，深表遺撼。

　　We regret we cannot avail ourselves of your offer of these goods，because we have allready tried such goods，and had discontinued them through the complaints of our customers.

　　9.謝謝貴方的報價，遺撼的是我們無法訂貨。

　　We thank you for your offer，but regret being unable to hand you orders.

　　10.本公司相信，4月18日寄出的紀念品必已收到。本公司極為樂意知悉，此批貨物是否合于貴公司的意愿，請來函告知。

　　We trust that the samples of souvenirs sent on the 18th April have reached you.We should be greatly obliged if you would inform us whether these goods are suitable for your purposes.
