求職信投遞之前必做事項(xiàng)

    Before you send your cover letter， review this checklist to make sure that you have covered all the basics and are sending a perfect cover letter to your prospective employer.在發(fā)出求職信之前，參考以下清單來確定你的求職信已經(jīng)包括了所有的基本內(nèi)容，是一封非常完美的求職信。

    Cover Letter Checklist求職信核查清單

    1） The contact name and company name are correct.聯(lián)系人姓名和公司名稱是正確的。

    2） The letter is addressed to an individual， if possible.可能的話，將求職信發(fā)送給特定招聘人。

    3） Letter mentions the position you are applying for and where it was listed.信中注明你申請(qǐng)的職位以及你是在哪里找到這一招聘信息的。

    4） Your personal information （name， address， home phone， cell phone， email） is all included and correct.信中包括你全部的私人信息（姓名，地址，家庭電話，手機(jī)號(hào)碼，郵箱地址），并準(zhǔn)確無誤。

    5） If you have a contact at the company， you have mentioned him or her in the first paragraph.如果你曾經(jīng)和該公司的某人聯(lián)系過，在求職信的第一段要提及。

    6） Cover letter is targeted to the position you are applying for.求職信要針對(duì)你應(yīng)聘的職位定制。

    7） Letter is focused， concise， clear， and well organized.求職信要有重點(diǎn)、簡明、清晰、條理明確。

    8） If you have a gap in your employment history you have explained it in your cover letter.如果在你的求職史上有一段空缺，在求職信中要解釋清楚。

    9） Font is 10 or 12 points and easy to read （Times New Roman or Arial， for example）。

    求職信字體使用10號(hào)或12號(hào)字體方便閱讀。

    10） There are no spelling， grammatical or typographicalerrors.信中無拼寫、語法、或排版錯(cuò)誤。

    11） You have read the cover letter out loud to make sure there are no missing words.你已經(jīng)通讀過一遍信件以確保沒有遺漏的詞。

    12） You have kept a copy for your records.保留了一份備份信件。

    13） Letter is signed if you are mailing it.寄出的時(shí)候簽上了你的名字。

    14） Resume and letter are mailed flat in a business envelope （first choice） or neatly folded into thirds with the resume on top of the letter.簡歷和求職信平放（無折疊）在一個(gè)商業(yè)信封里（第一選擇）或整齊的折疊起三分之二放在信封里。

    15） Cover letter is printed on good quality bond paper that matches your resume.求職信打印紙張良好，能和簡歷紙張相配。
