高三英語復(fù)習(xí)大體可分4個階段。第一階段主要是回歸課本，以教材為主，以考試說明為指導(dǎo)開展復(fù)習(xí)。這一階段是整個高三復(fù)習(xí)必不可少的重要階段。第二階段把
高考的重、難點語法項目進(jìn)行專項演練。第三階段是綜合套題訓(xùn)練，通過訓(xùn)練提高學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用語言的能力。第四階段是再回到課本，重溫基礎(chǔ)，查看錯題集，查漏補(bǔ)缺，這一階段是對前三個階段的回顧與反思，也是大戰(zhàn)前的心理調(diào)試階段。

其實，對于2009年
高考，我們現(xiàn)在剛剛邁出了一小步，起跑階段最重要的是每一步都夯實踩穩(wěn)，絕不要現(xiàn)在就想著沖刺。從金刊創(chuàng)辦那一刻到現(xiàn)在，我們已經(jīng)走過了6年，大家是我們迎來的第7批畢業(yè)生，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，每年笑到最后的都是那些緊跟節(jié)奏、不疾不徐的考生，他們也許開始在班里不顯山不露水，但他們的堅持讓他們成功。這些年來，到金刊“做客”的名師已近百位，幾乎每位老師都要反復(fù)給大家強(qiáng)調(diào)基礎(chǔ)。其實“基礎(chǔ)”二字正是考場成功的精髓所在，這半年我們要準(zhǔn)備的就是基礎(chǔ)，到了

目前我們處在第一階段，復(fù)習(xí)側(cè)重的內(nèi)容是重點單詞、短語和句型的使用。我們應(yīng)該做到在此期間將考試大綱的要求同課本結(jié)合起來，以“綱”為據(jù)，注重知識的橫向聯(lián)系，避免單一性，做到以點帶面，點面結(jié)合，把原來分散在各個模塊中的知識點或是分散在不同冊中的知識點加以梳理、歸納，構(gòu)筑完整的英語知識體系。還有一詞多義，詞的辨析，表肯定意義的否定句式的歸納等，這些都是學(xué)生目前要重點掌握的知識。
例1.“把…看作…”這個短語，在新教材的不同冊中出現(xiàn)了不同的表達(dá)方式,即：think of …as…; regard…as…; consider…as…;treat…as…;look on…as…; see…as，refer to…as.
例2.strike一詞多義。
(1) 動詞：打；撞上；(災(zāi)害等的)突然襲擊；(時鐘)敲打；使感動；擦(火柴)；突然想到(某個主意)，罷工等。
(2) 名詞：打擊； 罷工等。
