2-5 課文：The liability for the cargo may be determined in different ways and may rest with the shipowner or with the charterer or may be divided between them in one way or another.

　　2-6 課文：When giving orders to the vessel the charterer must keep within the trading limits prescribed by the contract, with respect to geographical areas as well as cargoes to be carried.

　　2-7 課文：There are also some standard forms of time charter party used in the time chartering business. 　定期租船合同也有幾種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式。

　　主要的兩種格式：

　　1.NYPE form 土產(chǎn)格式

　　全稱“紐約土產(chǎn)交易所定期租船合同”(The New York Produce Exchange Time Charter),是美國(guó)紐約土產(chǎn)交易所指定的定期租船合同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式。

　　By far the largest number of time chartering are fixed on the basis of the NYPE Charter Party.

　　到目前為止大量的定期租船都是以土產(chǎn)格式作為合同樣本的基礎(chǔ)。

　　2.BALTIME form “波爾的姆”格式

　　全稱“波爾的姆統(tǒng)一定期租船合同”(Baltime Uniform Time Charter Party), 是波羅的海國(guó)際航運(yùn)協(xié)會(huì)制定的定期租船合同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)格式。
