面試時應(yīng)注意的事項:不經(jīng)意的細(xì)節(jié)暴露弱點(diǎn)(上篇)

    導(dǎo)言：找工作，千辛萬苦終于闖進(jìn)了面試。如何才能在面試中脫穎而出，得到想到的工作呢？仔細(xì)閱讀下面的建議。文中的“我”是面試官，文章是從面試官的角度寫的。

    Don‘t come a half an hour early. It makes me feel pressure to finish what I’m doing. 5 minutes early is more than enough.不要早來1個半小時。那會讓我完成所要處理的活時感到壓力。早來5分鐘就足夠了。

    Don't bring your own cup of Starbucks coffee to the interview. It's not professional， and it will make me jealous that I don't have one.不要將星巴克的咖啡杯帶到面試的地方去。這樣做不夠?qū)�業(yè)，而且會使我感到妒忌，因為我沒有星巴克咖啡。

    Don't touch your face or twirl your hair during the interview. It's disgusting and distracting.面試過程中不要摸臉或是撫摸頭發(fā)。那樣做很令人討厭而且會人分心。

    Don‘t wait more than 24 hours after the interview to write a thank you note. It annoys me if I get it one week later. Be short and sweet， but specific.不要等到面試24小時后才寫感謝信。如果一周后我才收到感謝信我會很惱火。信要簡潔，誠摯，但要特別。

    Skip the "thank you note in the snail mail" thing. It's 2011.不要通過郵局投發(fā)你的簡歷，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是2011年了。

    If I ask you take a 10-minute writing test after we speak， take it. No matter what you have going on after， it's a huge red flag if you say you don't have time.如果談話后我讓你做分10分鐘的測試，你要去做。無論你有什么事要，如果你說沒時間做，那對你很不利。

    Don't talk about how successful your father is. I don't care， and it will make me think he's responsible for getting you all your past jobs and internships.不要談?wù)撃愀赣H取得了多大的陳功。我不在乎，那會使我想到是他想辦法讓你得到工作和實習(xí)。

    Don't arrive with wet hair. I'd rather you be five minutes late with dry hair.不要面試時頭發(fā)還沒干。我寧愿你晚5分鐘到，也要把頭發(fā)弄干。

    Don't have disgusting breath. If I'm sitting across a conference room table from you and can smell it， that's a bad sign.面試時不要有煩人的口氣。如果我正坐在你對面，并且聞到你的口臭，那是個壞印象。

    Don‘t say "I still haven’t figured out what I want to do yet.“ It makes you seem lost. You have figured out what you want to do， and it's exactly what this job is.不要說：”我還沒有找到我想要做的事。“這會讓你看上去很迷茫。你已經(jīng)找到想做的事了，面試的這份工作就是。
