三、《跟單信用證統(tǒng)一慣例600》的結(jié)構(gòu)
1、UCP600 不同于UCP500分為7個(gè)部分，每個(gè)部分以開頭字母A到G排序，其大致結(jié)構(gòu)如下：
1） Provisions and Definitions （Articles 1~3）； 定義解釋（第1~3條）
2） Form and Notification of Credits （Articles 9~11）； 信用證修改通知及其格式 （第9~11條）
3） Liabilities and Responsibilities （Articles 4~8； 14~16）； 信用證有關(guān)方的責(zé)任和義務(wù)（第4~8條；第14~16條）
4） Nominated Banks （Articles 12~13）； 指定，銀行之間的償付安排（第12~13條）
5） Documents （Articles 17~28）； 信用證相關(guān)單據(jù)（第17~28條）
6） Miscellaneous Provisions （Articles 29~37）； 各種相關(guān)規(guī)定
7） Transferable Credit （Articles 38）； 可轉(zhuǎn)讓信用證
8） Assignment of Proceeds （Articles 39）； 款項(xiàng)讓渡
2、交易者應(yīng)注意熟悉的條款：
1）1~3； 4~8， and 14~16： these articles set out the basic responsibilities of the banks when examining documents tendered for payment under Letters of Credit governed by the UCP600. 第1~3，4~8和14~16條：這些條款闡明了《跟單信用證統(tǒng)一慣例600》中銀行審核信用證付款單證時(shí)的基本義務(wù)。

英文原文：There are a number of articles in the UCP600， as there were under the UCP500， that regulates exclusively the relationship between the banks themselves， i.e.， the rights and responsibilities as between issuing， confirming， and nominated banks. Very useful clarification is given in these articles concerning the rights and obligations of Advising， Confirming， Issuing， and Nominated Banks.
